On April 25, 2024, an extraordinary masterclass took place at Nella Cucina, showcasing the outstanding qualities of OPAS products. Led by renowned Chef Dario Tomaselli, the event focused on enhancing the organoleptic properties of OPAS’s pre-cooked pork cuts—such as Herb-Roasted Loin and Pulled Pork—and highlighted the importance of using high-quality meat while illustrating the unique characteristics of each product.

Chef Tomaselli also explored the nutritional and gastronomic benefits of OPAS pork, demonstrating how these products can form the basis for recipes that blend tradition with innovation. Among those in attendance were numerous chefs, consultants, and key representatives from the food industry, including professionals from Jan K. Overweel, R&D International Foods, and Jesse Tree Importing.
